USA Today discusses Usain Bolt's pharmacologic menu. A little weed when he was younger; some Red Bull and ale now when he is older:
Bolt, a triple gold medalist who set world records in the 100 and 200 meters in China, tried marijuana when he was young reports the German newspaper Bild
"In Jamaica, you learn as a child how to roll a joint. Everyone here has tried it. I did too -- but I was real young then," Bolt said. "My family and my friends don't smoke and I don't hang out any longer with people who smoke." (Photo by Mark Dadswell, Getty Images)
The story also said that Bolt has two bodyguards supplied by the Jamaican government and that he drinks Guinness mixed with Red Bull.
So will this change budding track stars training habits all over the world? High rolling and lower times...
Usain Bolt is juiced up and not just on Red Bull.
As for his Marijuana fable: Who cares? I think it is silly to even test for such a non-performance enhancing drug.

i think you might have missed the story about micheal phelps in the clud the other day isnt pot the samething as ganja i thought phelps was bigger than bolt and whats wrong with smoking ganja (pot) didnt one of your presidents almost got into trouble for smoking it when he was young i guess it is wrong for usain bolt to have sex to

BULL, if Bolt was an American running that fast the questions would still come. Ask marion Jones, eventually it came out, Bolt is on steroids he just hasn't been caught; you just don't drop from a 10.3 to a 9.58, it's impossible and has not been part of his resume, and all of a sudden all the J amaicans are faster than all the U.S. athletes, the whole team; get real.

Usain Bolt didn't just come from nowhere. He still holds the record for World Youth record for the fastest 200 meter run and is the only youngster to have gone under 20 seconds....at 15. Bolt's frequent injuries caused by his scoliosis are what held him back for all those years. All he had to do was to find the right technique. And he did. Now he's on top of the world. No one's going to stop him. He is the most tested athlete on this earth. Now on the subject of steroids, what about Michael Phelps? 8 gold medals at ONE Olympics, and no one's calling him into question!
