Did American sprinter Jordan Vaden ride Winny to new personal bests?

American sprinter Jordan Vaden burst on the sprinting scene last year.  He surprisingly finished 2nd at the US Outdoors with a 200M of 19.98, better than his 2007 200M at 20.42.  He also ran a 10.2 100M

However he was busted for stanozolol (Winny, Winstrol).  To Universal Sports:

The IAAF has sanctioned American sprinter Jordan Vaden, who has been suspended for two years for doping violations. Vaden, who starred collegiately at Division 2 Livingstone College, tested positive for stanozolol during an out-of-competition screening on August 19.

Vaden was a surprise runner-up in the men’s 200m at the 2006 U.S. Outdoor Championships with a monster personal-best of 19.98 seconds. He also finished fourth in the 100m in a PR 10.20. In 2007, his best performance was a sixth-place showing in the 200m (20.42) at the U.S. Outdoor Championships.
