Kelly Blair returned to Deer Park Texas, home of Tom and Andy Pettitte, and home of 1-on-1 Elite Personal Fitness. (? steroid distributor center).
Blair stands accused of supplying HGH to Tom Pettitte and his son Yankee Andy Pettitte. There is evidence that plenty of bodybuilders centered steroid activities around Blair's gym. To the New York Daily News:
A Texas gym rat who illegally supplied human growth hormone to Andy Pettitte's father, Tom - who gave the drug to his son for use in 2004 - has returned to this town of strip malls and highways after a long trip out of the country. Kelly Blair, who is related by marriage to Pettitte and attended high school with the pitcher in nearby Deer Park, had been in Bulgaria since not long after the Mitchell Report was released, according to people close to his gym, 1-on-1 Elite Personal Fitness.
Pettitte's father, long ill with cardiac conditions, apparently acquired HGH as a supplemental treatment for cardiac disease. (we don't know the specifics of the case, however there are reports HGH may benefit cardiac conditions; CAUTION: investigation report)
Blair however, seems to be quite knowledgeable about steroid use:
Blair spoke authoritatively about steroids in September 2006, for an article in Pasadena's local newspaper.
"People that use steroids suffer near-constant joint pain later on down the line," Blair told the Pasadena Citizen. "I've seen 30-year-old men that have the joints, tendons and organs of a 70-year-old. ... I've seen so many (athletes) suffer from depression when they have to cycle off of the stuff, and it's not something that's really talked about. From what I've seen, it's one of the worst."
Things might get hot for Blair, if Congress or the IRS investigates the Clemens-Pettitte-McNamee steroid/PED mess.
I have known K.B for a very long time and I was wondering how long it would take for him to get noticed. In High School he was an 180 pound athelete and by 1993 he had become a 225 pounds. In 1998 he was weighing 260. You dont get this was from Wheaties! Unfortunately, a good person might have to be accountable to for his actions.

Lets take the blinders off!! Kelly Blair is being referred to as a gym rat in a podunk town, Kelly's an intelligent trainer thats helped tons of people reach their fitness goals naturally. I've ran fitness centers for 16 years and I know K.B. personally as well. Steroids and hgh are readily available on the internet these days and congress should focus on the general public that takes these drugs for cosmetic reasons and not to improve athletic ability. Lets be real do we really think Roger and Andy are the only ones, every baseball player should be carted in front of congress and get berated about their drug use if Roger is!!! I'd venture to say that most of us already figured that professional athletes use performancing drugs, heck society seems to want to see someone larger than life hitting 80 home runs, 270 pound lineman running 4.6 forties, etc... Congress should focus on more pressing issues that our country faces!

I dont know if you ready his article in the Pasadena citizen, he even says he's done steroids before so it's not like he's trying to hide it. Kelly is an awesome guy, ever since i met him as i kid i have looked up to him. So dont be trying to trash him cause that just makes you look stupid.

Kelly is a great person, known him since high school. I can't believe the total BS that has been swirling around about Kel. He's always been a good guy, not some sleezy backstreet pusher, for pete's sake! The media and people that have never met him are trying to paint him with the wrong brush-and the guy's life is being ruined over it.

He is the best thing that has ever happened to me and my girls.
