Grant Sandow (Australia)

The problem with Professor Gary Wadler's comments is he is tragically wrong.

Nandrolone (a steroid Arnold used) is still prescribed today for increasing BMD (bone mineral density). Through weight training, heavier than normal bodyweight and steroid use, Arnold is actually at a lower risk of fracturing. There may associated injury with the musculo-tendonious joint due to steroid use, but even this has yet to be conclusively proven.
